This issue includes an update on global maritime incidents – of note is a rise in incidents in the Nembe-Brass Creeks area in Nigeria in recent weeks; review of migration incidents in the Mediterranean, with Tunisia reporting several rescues this weeks; and an update on ports in Libya and Yemen – Benghazi Port has officially reopened; in Yemen the Saudi Coalition has been blacklisted by the UN.
